Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations under this agreement. Any unpaid balances at the time of termination will be due immediately.
In the event of termination, the Client will still be responsible for any work completed up to that point.

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patnahost and its employees, agents, or contractors from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising out of their use of the website or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
